What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They are used to make a site work properly, to remember choices you have made, and in some cases to measure how a site is used.
What this site uses
Strictly necessary
A small number of cookies and similar storage are needed for the site to function — for example, remembering that you have closed the chat window so it does not reopen on every page, and keeping the site secure. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and they do not identify you personally.
Chat
If you open the chat window, a short identifier is stored on your device so your conversation stays connected as you move between pages. It is removed when the conversation ends or your browser session closes.
Advertising
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share your browsing behaviour with advertising networks.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser has instructions under its help or privacy menu. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop parts of this site working.
More information
How we handle personal information generally is explained in our privacy policy. If you have a question about either, email sales@pjsigns.co.uk.
